After 2 months of development NOC 0.7(4) is finally out

After 4 month of development and 130 closed issues NOC 0.7(3) is finally out
Major release highlights are:

After a month of development NOC 0.7(2) is finally out.
Major changes are:
- noc-discovery daemon
- Device interface specifications now collected by noc-discovery and stored in the database
- MIBs are buldled in precompiled form, reducing MIB upload time (See Precompiled MIBs)
- New profiles: APC.AOS, DLink.DVG
- Proper handling for OIDs defined in several MIBs
- Ping probes are evenly distributed across the time

After 10 months of intensive development NOC 0.7(1) is finally out. Project got massive infrastructure changes including:
- New members of DevTeam
- New community services
- New ExtJS UI
- REST/JSON interface
- New fault-management system with event correlation and root cause analysis
- Support for Foundry, Ericsson/Redback, Eltex, Cisco (IOS XR-based) equipment
- Fine-grained script result caching
- Better Map/Reduce task scheduling

We're proudly announce new nocproject.org logo. New logo contains stylized letter N with rounded zigzag, ending by arrows on both ends, all filled by deep azure color. New logo plays around the first letter of NOC and common communication signs - a couple of crossed lightnings, ending with arrows. New logo is already commited along with NOC-80 issue
Logo is available in different colors and free for use with any mention of nocproject.org. The best way to help the project is to insert logo whenever possible and link the image to http://nocproject.org/
